【授课教师简介】

Sushil Gupta教授，POMS执委会主席，东北财经大学特聘教授，POMS中国暑期学校发起人之一。佛罗里达国际大学商学院信息系统及商业分析系教授。Sushil Gupta教授是他所在领域的知名研究者。他的研究兴趣包括生产调度、数学建模、计算机应用和教育管理。他曾在Management Science, IIE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Operational Research Society, Omega, Computers and Industrial Engineering, and Socio-Economic Planning Sciences等顶级专业期刊发表论文。他是“POMS -生产和运营管理软件”的合著者，这是由Allyn & Bacon为运营管理课程出版的软件包。Gupta博士于1987年被授予“FIU基金会卓越研究/奖学金”奖。1984- 1985年，他还被授予FIU工商管理学院的“杰出学术研究奖”。他获得的其他奖项包括在美国麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院从事研究工作的富布赖特奖学金;加拿大多伦多大学研究生工作获得联邦奖学金;以及因在MBA毕业班排名第一而获得的V.K.R.V. 吴俊杰教授，国家自然科学基金委杰出/优秀青年基金获得者，哈尔滨工业大学经济管理学院特聘院长，北京航空航天大学经管学院“数据智能研究中心”主任，“城市运行应急保障模拟技术”北京市重点实验室副主任。2002、2008年本科、博士毕业于清华大学。获教育部青年长江学者、全国百篇优秀博士学位论文、中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖等荣誉。目前担任国家自然科学基金委大数据重大研究计划战略专家组成员、中国管理科学与工程学会常务理事。主要研究兴趣为数据挖掘、复杂网络分析、社会/城市/金融计算，在短文本建模、异质大数据融合建模、可解释的预测建模等领域取得了突出的成绩。近年主持并完成国家自然科学基金重点、科技部863大数据、工信部国家信息安全等项目30余项，在Springer发表英文专著1本，在SCI/SSCI检索国际顶级期刊如ISR、TKDE、DMKD发表论文超过30篇，在计算机领域顶级会议KDD、IJCAI、AAAI等发表论文超过20篇，1篇论文入选ESI十年高被引论文，获国家发明专利授权3项。

樊博教授：上海交通大学应急管理学院执行院长、上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院副院长。教育部公共管理教学指导委员会委员、中国应急管理学会和中国人工智能学会理事。研究方向为数字治理、应急管理。上海市大数据中心和重庆市应急管理专家组成员。2014 年国家社会科学基金重大项目、2019 年教育部哲学社科重大攻关项目和 2021 年国家自然科学基金重点项目首席专家。总计主持 10 项国家自然科学基金和国家社会科学基金等国家级课题。出版学术专著和编著 6 部。发表 SCI、SSCI、CSSCI 论文 100 余篇，成果被包括美国国家工程院院士等累计引用千余次。获得教育部高等学校科学研究成果奖，上海市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖和省部级教学成果奖7项。30多项专利、软件和资政建言获得转化采纳。获得上海交通大学“教书育人奖”一等奖。

Professor Sushil Gupta is Chairman of the POMS Executive Committee, Distinguished Professor of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and one of the sponsors of the POMS China Summer School. Professor of Information Systems and Business Analysis, Florida International University Business School. Professor Sushil Gupta is a well-known researcher in his field. His research interests include production scheduling, mathematical modeling, computer applications, and educational management. He had worked in the Management Science, IIE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Operational Research Society, Omega, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Top professional journals such as and Socio-Economic Planning Sciences publish their papers. He is the co-author of "" POMS-Production and Operations Management Software "," a software package published by Allyn & Bacon for Operations Management courses. Dr. Gupta was awarded the "FIU Foundation Research Excellence / Fellowship" award in 1987. He was also awarded the "Outstanding Academic Research Award" from the FIU School of Business Administration, as he was held there, in 1984 - 1985. Other awards include a Fulbright Fellowship for research work at the MIT Sloan School of Management; a federal scholarship for graduate work at the University of Toronto, Canada; and a V.K.R for ranking first in the MBA graduating class. The V. Rao Gold Award. He has organized several national and international conferences; chaired and presented papers at national and international conferences. He served as Deputy Provost of the FIU and Deputy Dean of the School of Academic Affairs and Engineering. Dr. Gupta is a founding member of the Production and Operations Management Association (POMS), an international professional organization, and has played a key role in its initiation, development, and growth. Vice President of membership activities in 1994 and President of POMS in 1996. He is, since 1997, the POMS Executive Director. He also served on the advisory board of the POMS magazine.

Professor Junjie Wu is the distinguished Dean of the School of Economics and Management of Harbin Institute of Technology. He is also the director of the Data Intelligence Research Center of the School of Economics and Management of Beihang University. He is also the deputy director of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Simulation Technology for Urban Operation Emergency Support. Graduated from Tsinghua University with bachelor's degree and doctor's degree in 2002 and 2008. He has been honored by the Ministry of Education as a Young Yangtze River Scholar, one hundred outstanding doctoral dissertations, and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of China Business Federation. At present, he is a member of Strategic Expert Group of Big Data Major research Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and executive director of Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering. His research interests include data mining, complex network analysis, and social/urban/financial computing. He has made outstanding achievements in short text modeling, heterogeneous big data fusion modeling, interpretable predictive modeling, and other fields. In recent years, he has presided over and completed more than 30 projects, such as key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863 Big Data of Ministry of Science and Technology, National Information security of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, published 1 English monograph in Springer, and published more than 30 papers in SCI/SSCI retrieval of international top journals such as ISR, TKDE and DMKD. He has published more than 20 papers in KDD, IJCAI, AAAI and other top conferences in the computer field. One paper was selected as the ESI decade highly cited paper, and was granted 3 national invention patents.

Professor Bo Fan is Executive Dean of School of Emergency Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Vice Dean of School of International and Public Affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Member of the Public Administration Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, member of the Chinese Emergency Management Society and the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence. Research interests are digital governance, emergency management. Member of Shanghai Big Data Center and Chongqing Emergency Management Expert Group. Chief expert of major projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China in 2014, major philosophy and Social Science Research projects of the Ministry of Education in 2019, and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2021. In total, he has presided over 10 national projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Foundation of China. He has published 6 academic monographs and compiled 6 books. He has published more than 100 papers on SCI, SSCI and CSSCI, and his achievements have been cited more than 1,000 times, including the academicians of the US National Academy of Engineering. It has won the Scientific Research Achievement Award of the Ministry of Education, Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Excellent Achievement Award and 7 provincial and ministerial teaching achievement awards. More than 30 patents, software and advisory advice have been transformed and adopted. Won the first prize of "Teaching Award" of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
